COVID-19 Notice

Preferred Elevator would like to assure our customers that we are taking all necessary steps to do our part in flattening the curve of COVID-19. We have developed a “No Family Contact” process for service, repairs and installations. Our Mechanic, who will be wearing a mask and gloves, will call you when we are at your front door and will discuss the issues or concerns you have with your unit. Our customer can then unlock the door, but there is no need to further greet the Mechanic or be present for the service, repair or installation. Please feel free to move to another part of the home while we are working. Final payment can be left for technician or can be done over the phone with our office.

URGENT SAFETY NOTICE

Elevators installed with more than 4 inches of “gap space” between the hoistway doors and the elevator car doors can pose a serious safety risk. Children may become entrapped in the space and could be seriously injured or killed. This risk can be reduced with the proper installation of space guards at each floor.

Parking Systems

Parking systems can provide a solution to maximizing any spaces, by converting any unused or small spaces into multiple parking spaces. These safe, easy to operate and manage products can provide double or triple the amount of parking spaces available. By placing one vehicle on the platform and raising it up, it allows either one or two vehicles to park underneath of it.

-Bipark: When the platform is raised, it allows for parking two vehicles in the spot allotted for one

-Tripark: It is possible to park up to three vehicles in the spot allotted for one, with a multilevel platform system
