COVID-19 Notice

Preferred Elevator would like to assure our customers that we are taking all necessary steps to do our part in flattening the curve of COVID-19. We have developed a “No Family Contact” process for service, repairs and installations. Our Mechanic, who will be wearing a mask and gloves, will call you when we are at your front door and will discuss the issues or concerns you have with your unit. Our customer can then unlock the door, but there is no need to further greet the Mechanic or be present for the service, repair or installation. Please feel free to move to another part of the home while we are working. Final payment can be left for technician or can be done over the phone with our office.
We greatly appreciate your business during this time.

Sincerely,
Ken Gough

4 Ways Your Elevator Can Benefit From Preventative Maintenance

preventative maintenance program

Ensure the longevity of your elevator by taking advantage of our preventative maintenance program.

Whether you’re in the market for a residential or commercial elevator, Preferred Elevator can help. With over a decade of experience installing and repairing elevators, we’re confident that we can provide you with an exceptional product. Once a technician has installed your new elevator, ensuring that it’s operating safely and efficiently is of our utmost concern. That’s why we offer all of our customers a preventative maintenance program.

Increase Efficiency

Due to basic wear and tear, your residential or commercial elevator will begin to degrade over time without proper care. However, with preventative maintenance, you can rest easy knowing that your equipment operates efficiently and will last for years to come.

Decrease Spending

The cost of preventative maintenance typically is much more affordable than the cost of repairs. Stop a problem before it occurs by having your residential or commercial elevator regularly serviced and maintained.

Improve Safety

When equipment isn’t working in optimal condition, it creates issues for the individual operating it. Your elevator was installed to make life easier, not more difficult. Ensuring that the equipment operates effectively also ensures the safety of everyone using it’ family and friends or employees and customers.

Peace of Mind

Above all else, you want to know that your equipment is safe. A preventative maintenance program can give you the peace of mind you deserve, so you can continue with your day to day without worrying of the safety of those using the elevator.

At Preferred Elevator, we support our installations with a maintenance plan because we believe that there’s no substitute for preventative maintenance. Our program is designed to minimize callbacks and major repairs to maximize your equipment’s longevity and function.
